It is important for lawmakers to work in the real world and to study the facts, not just fire off platitudes.We also like that Mr. Emerich understands the key issues facing the state: He said education and improving Wyoming's business climate are his top concerns.Mr. Emerich was one of only a few candidates we saw who recognized the hypocrisy of state officials stepping in to halt science standards while trying to upgrade science and technology programs at the University of Wyoming.
