It may be that they have forgotten one or the other, or maybe there's another problem. Could you respond to this message and tell everyone what to do to correct the problem? Do they need to create a new account? I know that some people would like to respond to the forum but can't because they haven't been able to log on. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in answering this! I have been very busy of late. Generally problems with logging on are the result of entering an incorrect username or password (Upper-case-lower-case *does* matater!). It is also sometimes the case where a user has "signed up", but has not "activated" their account by cliking on the verification link that is forwarded to them in a welcoming email. I personally know of several cases where users have signed up, but have provided an incorrect email address, which keeps them from receiving the welcomeing email, and the verification link which is required to actually create the account.
The account creation process goes like this:
1) Create an account from the HOME page of the site. The link is under the "login" box
2) Make sure you supply a correct and valid email address during the sign-up process.
3) Check your email until you receive a "Welcome" email, and click on the link supplied in that email to "activate" the account.
4) Go back to the Home page of the CM site and supply your chosen username/password in the "Login" section
If you have problems with this, Sandy or I can manually create an account for you, and email you a username/password (you can later change the password, but the username cannot be changed).
Please, If you have signed up and can not log-on, let us know via the "Contact Us" page, and we will help you anyway we can
Regards,
Robert Parker
