Vicky, we are still praying for God's best for Trent and your family. We are believing that God has a special plan for you and your family and that somehow this might turn out to be a tremendous turning point for you and yours. We know that you and your family have endured a lot during the past few years, we know a little bit ourselves about enduring, but after much tribulation we are seeing a turning point in our own lives. Carol continues to improve with a lot of prayer and a lot of medicine, but improvement is coming. The Good Lord opended up a house for us to buy even when we thought we could never even think about it and would rather have moved closer to family out west. Frankly Carol was so near death many times in the last few months and years that we had no hope for her survival. But for whatever reason God has chosen not to take her home yet, and is allowing her to improve. We are humbly grateful Carol does have another relatively minor surgery on Tuesday to widen an artery in her arm through the use of an angioplasty. She already had an artificial artery put in a few weeks ago but this is in a slightly different area and they feel they can just use the angioplasty to accomplish what they want. As soon as that is complete, she starts the plasmapheresis treatment next Thursday. If everything works the way it is supposed to that will further give her the strength to continue the battle against the cancer and the Myasthenia Gravis at the same time. The medical advances and treatment are great, but God's leading is even better. We can never repay his grace to us. By seeing what is happening to us, I hope that gives you and your family some insight as to what God can do for you. I believe that he is working already and shouldn't be surprised by the results of his work. We will continue to pray for you and your family. Please keep us in your prayers as well. Wes and Carol.
